Traverse City author Robert Downes will be here for a presentation and Q & A about his novel, Windigo Moon

Windigo Moon takes place in the 1500s in our Great Lakes region, and chronicles the struggle of two Native American warriors vying for the love of the beautiful and strong Ashagi.   It offers a glimpse into the lives of 16th century Native Americans through Downes' extensive research into their way of life, myths, battles and supernatural beliefs.

Robert has prepared a presentation based upon his research, so the evening should be both entertaining and educationalWe've really enjoyed the book and we've heard great things about the presentation.  In fact, those of you who were here for author Colleen Gleason heard her urging everyone to check this one out.  Please join us!

Tickets are $5 and redeemable as $5 toward any purchase the evening of the event.
