Steve Hamilton, author of the ever-popular Alex McKnight mysteries set in the U.P (A Cold Day in Paradise, etc.) will be popping in on Monday, July19th at noon to sign stock.  Stop in between noon and 1:30-ish to meet and talk to him and get YOUR books signed! 

Lesley Kagen (Whistling In the Dark), returns to Gaylord to sign her latest (and it's fantastic), Tomorrow River!  Lesley has told me how much she wanted to have Saturn on her national tour, so if you were here for her before, she's hopin' to see your smilin' face again - and if you've never had the pleasure, you won't want to miss this free, ticketed event.  Dessert will be served... John Helgeson, interim minister at First Presbyterian Church of Gaylord, will be on hand to sign his novel, A Matter of Abuse. This is a sit and sign event - fans can stop by anytime between 11:30 and 1:30 to meet John and have their books signed.

Bryan Gruley, (Starvation Lake), will be back at Saturn to meet and greet his many fans on August 5th between 11:30 and 1:30.  That Friday is also sidewalk sales in downtown Gaylord, so you can do double duty - get your copies of The Hanging Tree signed and pick up some bargains all in one fell swoop!  Mark your calendar today.

You know her, you love her and now once again you can meet her and hear her read!  Katrina's new book will just be out when she hits town, so you can be among the first to get a copy.  The Blessings of the Animals is another fantastic read and you won't be disappointed. 

We'll be collecting donations for the Otsego County Animal Shelter so we can bless our animals, too - so next time you're out and about, grab some extra dog or cat food or what have ya, and bring it along to the event. (We'll have a list of needed items from the shelter here in the store if you want to check it out.) This is a free, but ticketed event.  Reserve/pick yours up today!
